We have a lab of about 30 systems. Students are using SEB take test via moddle over wifi. Most systems are able to connect without any issues. Some laptops will have a blue screen that times out and says test website could not be reached. Upon exiting SEB, users are able to connect to moodle site with IE firefox and Chrome. We are using windows 7 SEB 1.8.2

Are you really still using SEB 1.8.2 ? That's a very, very old version which contains a browser engine from the stone age. I wonder that a current version of Moodle still works with it (or is it also an old Moodle version...).
I would strongly recommend to switch to SEB 2.1. We're no longer supporting SEB versions older than 2.0.2.
