You cannot run this specific service because it is disabled or because your associated devices are not enabled.
And if I click on "Continue" nothing happens! There is also a problem with opening Net Framework 3.5 (0x800F0922)
My PC has 8 GB of RAM and runs on Windows 10. I've downloaded this browser from the original website
I also tried %APPDATA%\SafeExamBrowser\SebClient.log to see what's going on in detail, and this came out (amongst others):

What SEB version are you trying to use? Can you post a screenshot of the error message? The error in the log can be ignored, it simply states that no local configuration could be found.
