Hi,

I have used SEB in Moodle 1.9 on localhost and it worked fine. But when now I wanted to connect to our e-learning it gives me an error:" Connection was refused when attempting to connect to www.elearning.strathmore.edu (this is the url specified in SebStarter file)

Is there anything else I need to do? Kindly advise.

    Hi

    Can you connect to that server with a regular browser on the same machine? I guess you tried that already, but it still could be a certificate problem if your internal network is configured to require additional security (or when connecting to a secure server with https), especially when using self-signed certificates.
