Dear Team,
We have noticed and verified that using a software like TeamViewer or Anydesk, a student is easily sharing their screen with SEB running. The other person is able to connect before starting SEB as well as in between the exam and have a clear view of the screen. We have tested it on version 3.0.1 as well as outdated 2.3

Please provide a solution for the same.

With best regards

We have crosschecked in the settings. Virtual machine/screen sharing is not enabed. The attachment is from SEB file of 2.3 version (MOS_config) and one is autogenerated .seb file from Moodle by selecting the manual configuration (3.0.1_Moodle_generated_config.seb).

    Thank you

This is particularly dangerous. The default moodle configuration does not prevent Teamviewer from running.

TeamViewer.exe is preset in SEB's default settings, it should therefore be terminated by SEB. Don't know why the connection isn't terminated. You can try to figure out yourself which process needs to be added to the prohibited processes list (see SEB Configuration Tool / Applications). Check with TaskManager which processes belong to TeamViewer and try to force terminate those until you see which one stops the screen sharing. Then let us know the executable name (ideally check with Windows Explorer what the "Original Name" of the executable file is, with the properties context menu option. Then we can add it to the preset default prohibited processes in the next SEB update. Until then you can save your own configuration file and upload it to the Moodle quiz.
