Compiling this with sdcc test.c gives test.c:1:36: internal error: invalid hash type 1 in cpp_macro_definition. This was tested with commit 11647.

I cannot reproduce this using SDCC built from current trunk on my Debian GNU/Linux testing system. I guess it was fixed with the recent sdcpp rebasing.
