Emails from MyFax.com are still going into the spam collector Inbox even though the domain MyFax.com is in the whitelist. I also added NoReply@MyFax.com just in case, but they still go to the spam collector Inbox, even after moving them to the GOOD folder. Also, once in the GOOD folder, subsequent delivery to the recipient's mailbox is inconsistent.

I guess the problme is related to its spf record:
"v=spf1 ip4:209.5.242.0/24 ip4:216.13.52.224/27 ip4:204.11.168.0/21 ip4:216.24.224.0/20 a:mail.myfax.com ~all"
some of the IPs are in block list of different dnsbl. but white list should exclude the spf as far as my knowlege of whtie list is concern, but it is still taging it and sending it to quarantine.
Any idea or workarround.
