Domain not found about the new added domain

Hello, I some question about the using scrollout F1.

when I added one new domain to scrollout F1, then I send one email from gmail to testing.

the Log will see

I has mark sure the xxxxxx.com is added to scroolout f1 and email server, so I has no idea now

Try to clear the cache or restart DNS:

1. In UI click CACHE (hidden in the resource monitor at the top)
2. from linux cli:
   /etc/init.d/bind9 restart

restart the dns not work, but work fine at UI click CACHE.
