After update I have started to get email with 'Not scanned! ' subject. Than looked mail.log and see

Nov 19 11:19:56 antispam amavis[26952]: (26952-01) (!)WARN: all primary virus scanners failed, considering backups
Nov 19 11:19:56 antispam amavis[26952]: (26952-01) (!!)AV: NO VIRUS SCANNERS AVAILABLE
    Nov 19 11:19:58 antispam from_filter/smtpd[25074]: connect from localhost.localdomain[127.0.0.1]

For don't get this warning message from subject. I clear warning message from /etc/amavis/conf.d/15-av_scanners

But the question is: How do I fix this error?

Your clamav daemon is not running. Try to restart clamav and amavis.

There are buttons above the menu to restart Amavis & Clamav in GUI (they are very dark and hard to see). If button is visibly red click it and it will restart the service.
Or try sending test virus file as described here https://sourceforge.net/p/scrollout/discussion/1102835/thread/96af3c1b/ Then check for word INFECTED in the log.

    Manually removed # from 15-av_scanners.conf
But when I changed any configuration from web, system has added # to 15-av_scanners.conf again.

Did you ever get this fixed ? I'm having the same problem, and it only started after an update.

Maybe you don't have all the folders. Check the logs for any missing amavis folders.
