    Hi,
I was wondering if someone could assit me with this issue im having, I recently installed the lasted update 10/03 seeing that it was going to FIX this issue but aparently not, So i have auto reponse 1.6.3 on postfix works perfect when someone sends emails internally so i know its using port 25 but when another domain sends an email the auto reply tries to send it though scrolloutf1 which uses the SRC and gives me this

`This is the mail system at host mail.domain.com.co.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

                   The mail system

    srs0+pq1e=wb=anotherdomain.com.co=sistemas@domain.com.co: unknown user: "srs0"`

The only workaround is to put the connection filter to 10 but that is not a solution

    Thank you

Can you add the extra logs where the error occurs?

  • Poul Arne Olsen

    Poul Arne Olsen - 2016-10-20

The log for the rewriting is only:
    "Oct 19 11:48:43 ScrollOut postsrsd[20861]: srs_forward: bim@rio.dk rewritten as SRS0+CfLh=WF=rio.dk=bim@iat.dk"
The problem at our end is that IBM Domino server's Out-of-Office agent uses the envelope_address (SMTPOriginator) to send the answer to. And because of the SRS rewriting that is not possible.

you have to comment the SMTPOriginator-Check on the OOO-Agent (Domino Administrator) and reaply the Mail Template to all users

We have successfully running this solution.

Poul but is this a solution only for the domino 9.0.1 or is it for the scrolloutf1?

Solution Mail Template is for Domino pre version 9.0.1, solution notes.ini for version >9.0.1 .
    For scrolloutf1 disable SRS?

Not solved to me. Is there any workaround for this error? I tried to change this optins but our blacklist entries still lik srs syntax and can't block mails.

After you have updated to the latest version you need to disable SRS in each domain route seperately.
