Delivery and read notifications are two distinct mechanisms:
Read notification has nothing to do with SMTP protocol, but with Microsoft Outlook and other clients that support it.
Delivery notification is an SMTP mechanism.
Delivery notifications are allowed from private IP addresses: 10.0.0.0/8, 192.168.0.0/16 and 172.16.0.0/12 and from Trust Networks addresses (in ROUTE > Inbound)

I understand that but when I bypass the scrollout server every mail I send with the receive notification or the read notification works without a problem. If I put back the scrollout server I receive that "La remise à ces destinataires ou groupes est terminée, mais aucune notification de remise n'a été envoyée par le serveur de destination :" from the server. Note i use the same email address for the test.
