No

As reported by Andreas Draeger:
"Boolean refers to the mathematician George Boole and should therefore be written with an upper-case B, unless the datatype boolean is meant with should then be written in typewriter font (except in UML diagrams where no typewriter font is used). Multiple occurances through the entire text."

Since Andreas reported this issue and is an editor, and since this is a formatting/typo issue that only needs a single editor to approve it, I am making this change to the SVN, and have added it to the list of issues at http://sbml.org/Documents/Specifications/SBML_Level_3/Version_1/Core/Confirmed_issues_in_the_Level_3_Version_1_Core_Specification The changes will be incorporated into the forthcoming L3v2 version.

(Leaving as 'accepted' for now until all instances can be changed.)

Andreas is correct. Classifying it as a typo is also correct, IMHO.

All instances have now been corrected, including ones in figures. The changes will be included in the forthcoming L3v2 specification.
