#187 Error in semantics element of MathML schema

The existing xsd does not allow a semantics element to contain a lambda
element.

The sbml specification says that the math element of a
functionDefinition must be either a lambda element OR a semantics
element containing a lambda element. This was introduced in L2V3 BUT
whilst the schema was changed at this point to allow a definitionURL on
a semantics element it was not noticed that it did not allow it to
include a lambda.
