The UML box for Event in figure 22 does not define a data type for 'useValuesFromTriggerTime'. It should say it's boolean. The text is correct, so this is really in the category of "typo".

Per our usual procedures, since this is basically a typo and we have a 3/5 editors' majority, I'm moving the status to "Pending". This has no conformance implications, because the text is clear. I'm adding this to the errata list on http://sbml.org/Documents/Specifications/SBML_Level_2/Version_4/Collected_Errata_to_the_SBML_Level_2_Version_4_Specification
