No

The links to MIRIAM Resources in the SBML specification Level 2 Version 4 Release 1 are obsolete.
The obsolete links look like: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/compneur-srv/miriam-main/
These are present in the following sections:
- 6.4 "Use of URIs" (page 94 of the PDF version)
- 6.5 "Relation elements" (page 95 of the PDF version)
I would suggest to use this link instead: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/miriam/
Thank you.

    You're right again. Well spotted.

To the editors: Camille's fix is the correct one.

in retrospect, i actually would prefer the link to be:

    http://biomodels.net/miriam

then we could go in tracker item 2790007
    (https://sourceforge.net/support/tracker.php?aid=2790007&group_id=71971&atid=894711) with

    http://www.biomodels.net/qualifiers/

Yes, that's true, I forgot this one: http://biomodels.net/miriam/
I agree with Franck, this is probably the best.

    Agreed.

After additional discussions, we are instead going to use http://sbml.org/miriam for pointing to MIRIAM Resources and http://sbml.org/miriam/qualifiers to point to the list of qualifiers.

After further discussions with various parties, we are gravitating towards
    using the following:
    http://sbml.org/miriam

This would be a redirection set up on sbml.org to point to
    http://biomodels.net/miriam

Off-line discussions confirm that everyone is satisfied with the use of http://sbml.org/miriam here, so I'm going ahead and changing the Group for this issue as "Accepted without conformance implications".

As per Editor protocol, this issue will be listed on the errata page for SBML L2v4r1 and this issue will stay with status "Pending" until such time as it is fixed in a future L2v4r2 specification.

This Tracker item was closed automatically by the system. It was
previously set to a Pending status, and the original submitter
did not respond within 730 days (the time period specified by
    the administrator of this Tracker).
