We developed a dynamic simulator using SBML annotations that is described here: http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/sb300082b <http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/sb300082b> Some of the ideas from this experience influenced the current SBML dynamic draft package. This package also has JSBML support, and I think perhaps libSBML support. The key thing is it piggybacks off the Cell Behavior Ontology (CBO) which is the current effort in this domain with the most support. A lot of interesting feedback came in today’s discussion. It will be an interesting session on Friday I’m sure. Thanks for your help leading it.
