Task assignment for [bugs:#43].
Write result of assertion to the sas log. Itis not yet clear what content should be in this message.
Is it enough to have name and result of the assert in the sas log. Or must there be more specific information per assert type.

The current implemetation writes an ERROR: into the sas log if the assert fails. If it does not fail an NOTE: is written.
This is the general form aof the message:
<ERROR / NOTE>: <assertType>: <Message>
The erroe message can be be customized by each assert. If an assert does not specify a message this default message is used:
expected value equals <expected_value>, but actual value equals <actual_value;gt
In case of OK the message reads:
NOTE: <assertType>: assert passed.
In case of a manual check the message reads:
NOTE: <assertType>: assert passed, but manual check necessary.
These messages are rendered in _asserts.sas
