[Roundup-users] Storing messages in Postgresql DB

Some time ago I was browsing thru archives of this list and the
"Customising Roundup" documentation and came across a patch by Richard
to enable storage of issue messages in a Postgres DB rather than as
separate files.

I cannot find that information again now - have spend a couple of
hours searching the wiki, documentation and on Google.

Can any kind soul point me to where this patch may be found. Could I
also suggest that it would be a useful addition to the wiki.
