#56 There are two send strings but .ini only handles one.

There are two send strings but the ini file can only set one. Actually, the ini file sets both send strings to the same value.
Writing out the ini file from the misc tab doesn't help.

v3.0.0.23:
Added STRING1, STRING2 cmdline params to load the SendString comboboxes 1&2.
Top 5 lines are now output into INIFILE, more is probably annoying
SENDSTR is depreciated, and in a future version will change to actually sending the string, not loading the comboboxes as at present.
