did the compilation tests succeed?
have you correctly declared the needed variables?
what kind of computer are you using?
If the compilation tests succeded and the running tests were correct, rdock is able to run in your computer.
Please make sure that the variables are correctly declared (the installation declares these variables for its running environment only).
