#79 Anomaly when grabbing origin of internal transition

Grabbing the origin of an internal transition and moving to another part of the border causes the tool to draw the signal exiting and re-entering the state. The user is then responsible for noticing and correcting this.

This happens regularly and is easily reproducible. The tool seems to assume the signal should exit and re-enter the event where this is not the desired behavior as the operator is moving the end-point of an event from one point inside the state to another point inside the state.
