The TM4C1294NCPDT board is not currently supported. But the very similar board TM4C123GXL (a.k.a. TivaC LaunchPad) is supported and illustrates QSPY, including the bi-directional QSPY/QSpyView. The TM4C123GXL board will certainly work with the same tools as your TM4C1294NCPDT, so all you really need is to get the TM4C123GXL board, which costs just $12.99 and is available in most online retailers. The QSPY examples for TM4C123GXL board are located in the directory <qp>\examples\arm-cm\dpp_ek-tm4c123gxl, where <qp> stands for the directory where you have installed QP/C or QP/C++.
