#347 QM C code generator does not add namespaces to state names in Q_SUPER macro

The QM code generator for C does not add "namespace" prefix in the Q_SPUPER() macro.

Example (namespace APP_):

// generated code (incorrect)
default: {
    status_ = Q_SUPER(&Control_Run)
    break;
}

// should be:
default: {
    status_ = Q_SUPER(&APP_Control_Run)
    break;
}
