#267 QP/C Spy build configuration fails on 64-bit target

On a 64-bit target, the QP/C 6.8.1, Q_SPY build configuration fails due to unresolved function QS_u64_fmt_(). It is caused by the function name missmatch in qs_64bit.c. The file provides definition for QS_u64(), whereas, the function name needs to be changed to QS_u64_fmt_().
