Exit-Point segment targeting an Entry-Point to sub-machine state doesn't work properly in QM 4.0.3. The QM tool allows to connect an eXit-Point segment (XP-Seg) to an Entry-Point and the generated code compiles, but the transition is not exectued correctly in QP/C or QP/C++ (the sub-machine state is not entered). The attached screen shot shows this situation in a diagram
