    PelicanHPC
PelicanHPC is an iso-hybrid (CD or USB) image that let's you set up a high performance computing cluster in a few minutes. A Pelican cluster allows you to do parallel computing using MPI. You can run Pelican on a single multiple core machine to use all cores to solve a problem, or you can network multiple computers together to make a cluster. The frontend node (either a real computer or a virtual machine) boots from the image. The compute nodes boot by PXE, using the frontend node as the server. All of the nodes of the cluster get their filesystems from the same image, so it is guaranteed that all nodes run the the same software. Packages can be added to all nodes using apt-get, thanks to aufs. The bootable image is created by running a single script, which takes advantage of the Debian Live infrastructure.

    ClusterSSH (cssh)

    ClusterSSH (cssh)

Cluster SSH - Cluster Admin Via SSH

ClusterSSH is a tool to manage simultaneous interactive sessions across multiple SSH-accessible hosts. It opens one master terminal and many child terminal windows (or tabs), sending the same keystrokes to all clients while allowing isolated input per host. This is useful when orchestrating repetitive tasks—such as rolling updates or diagnosing distributed systems—without copying and pasting into each window. The interface supports splitting windows, delayed input modes, and host groupings to make clusters more manageable. It also includes features like per-host prompt prefixing or context awareness to avoid confusion in mixed environments. Because the architecture is simple and terminal-based, it works across diverse systems with minimal dependencies and remains popular among sysadmins wanting bulk control with tactile feedback.

    Kubernetes Dashboard

    Kubernetes Dashboard

General-purpose web UI for Kubernetes clusters

Kubernetes Dashboard is a general purpose, web-based UI for Kubernetes clusters. It allows users to manage applications running in the cluster and troubleshoot them, as well as manage the cluster itself. To access Dashboard from your local workstation you must create a secure channel to your Kubernetes cluster. Kubeconfig Authentication method does not support external identity providers or certificate-based authentication. Metrics-Server has to be running in the cluster for the metrics and graphs to be available. Make sure that you know what you are doing before proceeding. Granting admin privileges to Dashboard's Service Account might be a security risk. In most cases after provisioning cluster using kops, kubeadm or any other popular tool, the ClusterRole cluster-admin already exists in the cluster. We can use it and create only ClusterRoleBinding for our ServiceAccount. If it does not exist then you need to create this role first and grant required privileges manually.

    Popeye

    Popeye

    A Kubernetes cluster resource sanitizer

Popeye is a utility that scans live Kubernetes cluster and reports potential issues with deployed resources and configurations. It sanitizes your cluster based on what’s deployed and not what’s sitting on disk. By scanning your cluster, it detects misconfigurations and helps you to ensure that best practices are in place, thus preventing future headaches. It aims at reducing the cognitive overload one faces when operating a Kubernetes cluster in the wild. Furthermore, if your cluster employs a metric-server, it reports potential resources over/under allocations and attempts to warn you should your cluster run out of capacity. Popeye is a readonly tool, it does not alter any of your Kubernetes resources in any way! Popeye is not another static analysis tool. It runs and inspect Kubernetes resources on live clusters and sanitize resources as they are in the wild!

kubenav is a mobile, desktop and web app to manage Kubernetes clusters. The app provides an overview of all resources in a Kubernetes clusters, including current status information for workloads. The details view for resources provides additional information. It is possible to view logs and events or to get a shell into a container. You can also edit and delete resources or scale your workloads within the app. The app is developed using Ionic Framework and Capacitor. The frontend part of the app is implemented using TypeScript and React functional components. The backend part uses Go mobile for communication with the Kubernetes API server and Cloud Providers. So it is possible to achieve nearly 100% code sharing between the mobile and desktop implementation of kubenav. Create a port-forwarding connection to one of your Pods and open the served page in your browser.

    Faiss

    Faiss

Library for efficient similarity search and clustering dense vectors

Faiss is a library for efficient similarity search and clustering of dense vectors. It contains algorithms that search in sets of vectors of any size, up to ones that possibly do not fit in RAM. It also contains supporting code for evaluation and parameter tuning. Faiss is written in C++ with complete wrappers for Python/numpy. Some of the most useful algorithms are implemented on the GPU. It is developed by Facebook AI Research. Faiss contains several methods for similarity search. It assumes that the instances are represented as vectors and are identified by an integer, and that the vectors can be compared with L2 (Euclidean) distances or dot products. Vectors that are similar to a query vector are those that have the lowest L2 distance or the highest dot product with the query vector. It also supports cosine similarity, since this is a dot product on normalized vectors.

    Infra

    Infra

Infra provides authentication and access management to servers

Infra provides authentication and access management to servers and Kubernetes clusters. Infra generates short-lived credentials based on identity, replacing the need for passwords and other shared secrets. Infra brings authentication and access control to servers, clusters, and databases. All credentials are created dynamically after verifying a user or machine's identity. No more shared access. Unique credentials are created for each device, user or application. Credentials generated by Infra can be configured to expire after a short period of time. Authenticate from headless server environments, desktops, and automation tools. Credentials can be revoked at any time, cutting access in the event where a device is compromised.
