Hi Stefan, Thanks for subscribing. At the moment there is little localization work necessary for ]project-open[ - the V3.4 release is over, and there are few changes in the code that would require l10n... However, the next minor release (V3.4.1) isn't far, and we plan the next major release (V4.0) for summer 2011. That would be the moment to revise translations, create/consolidate the glossary/terminology etc. Cheers! Hi Dmitry, That's OK, because we haven't yet updated demo.project-open.net with the new version. We're developing the "original" for this server on a local server here in our offices, and then overwriting the demo database from time to time. Russian is already enabled in our local version, so it will soon be online. Thanks for checking! I've taken the strings right now from the l10n server for the V3.4.Beta1 release, but there will (probably) be another iteration before November 2nd. It is also possible that V3.4.Beta1 is sufficiently good for the final release. But in this case we're probably going to release an "update installer" relatively soon (withing 2-4 weeks), which would then include your polished strings. => Please try to "polish" until October 25th. => Please also check your Russian translation in the demo.project-open.net server. Hello Frank, thanks for the update. Regarding the statistics: I believe the counter in OACs' language package shows well over 5000 translatable strings. Marco pointed out that some strings seemed untranslatable, too (you could type in the translation, but they kept being shows as "untranslated"). I've found that these string are actually "deleted" messages. The module's counter still considers these as not translated. the server usually runs as user "projop", you might have changed the
owner for acs-admin.ru_RU.utf-8.xml without knowing . This should be
apparent when doing a "ls -l" on this file. If the owner is not projop,
then you should do the following:
chown projop.web thepathtoyourfile/acs-admin.ru_RU.utf-8.xml
Well, you probably know much more about Linux than me, so this should be
trivial for you.

Hi All,
Russian is ready as well.
But I am getting the following message when trying to export strings for all
or any package.
Removing existing files from catalog folder or re-setting folder permissions
do not help.

Henrique, you have complete freedom to change whatever you like. These are probably ancient translations, that need to be reviewed, updated and corrected anyway. Hi Frank, First of all my apologies for my late reply. Just after I sent to you my last email I was out for a couple days without access to the net. Only now I could read my emails (and I'm still reading them all). I'm afraid this week is not good for us to start the translation since we are very busy at moment with other commitments. However we believe we could start the job next Monday. Despite I don't have received the password to logon to l10n.project-open.net yet, I've made the recovery of the password through the "Forgot your password" option. Hello Dmitry, thanks for asking. Casex is a system used in the past in ]PO[ for registering expenses. It is deprecated, and the developers have removed the corresponding strings from the database, although apparently some have "survived". Please leave it as it is, or ir if you're "bulk translating", please delete it (garbage bin icon on the right of the message). Dedication Logging & Casex by %user_name% I cannot find it in UI and guess that this is a title of report containing hours or days spent by the indicated user for a specific project.
