#516 Input error with skos:prefLabel! (plcs-psm-en.owl PropertyDefinition)

There seem to be an input error in plcs-psm-en.owl PropertyDefinition: The changelog read:

[2012-08-30] Mike Ward, Eurostep: {property definition} changed to {property} in skos:note and {property .../plcs-psm#property} changed to {property .../plcs-terms#property} in skos:comment

But then the skos:preflabel is also changed to just {property}. As this is a different concept from {property} in plcs-terms, it can't have the same term! (And nowhere else is this change reflected.) Please correct this mistake.
