    Hmmm! Your example caused further confusion since SecurityClassification is a separate construct in the PSM so should not be considered as a classification in it's own right. In discussions at the AP239/AP242 reference data harmonization workshop it was pointed out that the role on a Classification is actually classifying the classification so the Reference data we should be looking at in this case is Classification Classes so "SafetyClassification" should be a specialization of Classification correct?...
