Hi pilot-db-Team, I'm new on this site and therefore I don't know if somebody=20 reported this tasks: It seems impossible on Windows2000 to convert a pdb file=20 from my palm (Sony Clie PalmOS 4.1, e.g. AdressDB.pdb) to=20 csv with your tool pdb2csv.exe. And the other problem is: on my Linux machine I couldn't=20 compile the source of 0.3.4 with the error message=20 'config.status: error: cannot find input file:=20 gui/q/Makefile.in ' Thanks in advance, Oliver |

Enter Pilot-DB and rescan the databases. Note that in this process you will loose all the targets of the linked fields in all the databases because this field type rely on the dbdatabase to know where is what. Fab. |

I've recently changed to Palm after my Psion died. Pilot-db is the perfect replacement for Data, and using pilot-db-tools I've been able to convert one of my databases into the appropriate format. I have hot synched the new database on to the Palm but cannot see it in Pilot-db. If I attempt to create a database with the same name the program complains saying that it already exists. Hi to developers! Please, help me to compile the pilot-db app with special options. I'm just simple user, so that I've no use a special development envirounment for any platform, including PalmOS. At the source code I red that pilot-db can be compiled with different options, so, I'm asking for Masters of Developing to compile special realise (I have PalmIIIxe and want to have full-functional version with the spetial mix of features, such as, exactly, - no color, only B/W (color version is blinking on my Palm screen:( ), - no about box, - no PalmOS31 support (really not needed), - with B/W icons, like in color version, - with all plugin support (much desirable), - with high-res support, (may be needed soon), - with sort option, - with linkaware support, - with all possible format suport (mobileDB, jfile3...), - with link support (really good feature!), - with float, - with script support. If it's easy for you and you want to help me - please send the asking version on my mail assinged below. If i understand there is no link with the "link field". You want to delete more than one record in once. Fo that, you should use the filters. You put the records that you want to delete inside a filter, you select the filter and in the "Record" menu you may use "Delete all". Becarfull with this command you can delete all records of your database!!!! This functionality are explained in the documentation. Salut, Marc. > Hello, > I had build some db's which were linked. I tried to logon to CVS using the command line on the website http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=621, ie: cvs -d:pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/pilot-db login but got a message unknown host cvs.pilot-db.sourceforge.net. Is the documentation still correct in this? Maybe I have some configuration to do to CVS on Cygwin?
