If we had an option like &sb=DateAdded&so=Descend we could sort the listings as needed. Dear Open Source developer I am doing a research project on "Fun and Software Development" in which I kindly invite you to participate. You will find the online survey under http://fasd.ethz.ch/qsf/. The questionnaire consists of 53 questions and you will need about 15 minutes to complete it. With the FASD project (Fun and Software Development) we want to define the motivational significance of fun when software developers decide to engage in Open Source projects. What is special about our research project is that a similar survey is planned with software developers in commercial firms. This procedure allows the immediate comparison between the involved individuals and the conditions of production of these two development models. Thus we hope to obtain substantial new insights to the phenomenon of Open Source Development. With many thanks for your participation, Benno Luthiger PS: The results of the survey will be published under http://www.isu.unizh.ch/fuehrung/blprojects/FASD/. We have set up the mailing list fa...@we... for this study. Please see http://fasd.ethz.ch/qsf/mailinglist_en.html for registration to this mailing list. _______________________________________________________________________ Benno Luthiger Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich 8092 Zurich Mail: benno.luthiger(at)id.ethz.ch _______________________________________________________________________ |

Feature Requests item #934894, was opened at 2004-04-14 08:42 Message generated for change (Tracker Item Submitted) made by Item Submitter You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=538277&aid=934894&group_id=73598 Category: None Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Submitted By: John Hawkins (jhawkinsvalrico) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: page title enhancement for click-thru analysis Initial Comment: We are testing several web site analysis services that allow us to track click-thru behaviors of our visitors. These services allow you to track/report activity by url or page title. Since typical php urls make almost no sense to our sales and marketing people, we have elected to track our phpwebsite pages by page title. A great feature of this page-level analysis is that it provides a single report of information that reveals what pages are being most heavily accessed and which are being ignored. In order to better understand how visitors to sites that use phpwslistings are viewing and using the sites, I think that a great enhancement would be for phpwslistings to update the page title when performing different functions. For instance when viewing a specific listing, the page title could be updated to something along the lines of "PHPwslistings - Viewing - $title" ($title in this case is the title element). I personnally would love to be able to include some custom form elements, but that might get a bit complicated. I believe that the title would provide enough information for most situations. To take this a bit further, I would also like to see phpwslistings update the page title to reflect what the user is doing. For instance if the user is doing a search, have phpwslistings update the page title to reflect that a search is being executed with the search criteria. Respectfully Submitted. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=538277&aid=934894&group_id=73598 |

Bugs item #893601, was opened at 2004-02-09 10:36 Message generated for change (Tracker Item Submitted) made by Item Submitter You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=538274&aid=893601&group_id=73598 Category: Interface Group: v0.3.0 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: David Foster (penguinz) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: can't manage agents past 20 Initial Comment: I have 35 users in my system now and I can't manage agents beond 20. clicking 'manage agents' gives me a list of 20 agents and a arrow to click on to get to page 2 (21-35). when I click on it I get a blank page. The page 2 link looks like........ http://mbmc.us/index.php?module=phpwslistings&LISTINGS_op=Manage%20Agents&LISTING_paging=1&PDA_limit=20&PDA_start=20&PDA_section=2 It's probably just sending the wrong variables but it would be nice to activate the other agents :) phpws 0.9.3-2 phpwslistings 0.3.1 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=538274&aid=893601&group_id=73598 |

Support Requests item #891107, was opened at 2004-02-06 00:51 Message generated for change (Tracker Item Submitted) made by Item Submitter You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=538275&aid=891107&group_id=73598 Category: None Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Submitted By: Wayne Mac (macwayne) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Sending mail to lister Initial Comment: Hi, am running phpws 0932 and phpwslistings 031. Have posted to Admin forum, thought i would try here too. If Im wasting your time pls let me know. When I send a reply mail to someone who has listed something in phpwslistings (contact user for details) I get the following: ----------------- A message that you sent contained one or more recipient addresses that were incorrectly constructed: " " <>: missing or malformed local part " " <>: missing or malformed local part These addresses have been ignored. There were no other addresses in your message, and so no attempt at delivery was possible. ------------------- In the reply form, there is a space for enquirers name and email. Below that are the titles...users name: and users email: and no entries for the user who is listing. What should I do? Settings thing? Un and re-install? Coding problem? Kind regards, Wayne My site is www.to-to-to.net ... there is a test listing in Accom. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=538275&aid=891107&group_id=73598 |
