Fixes to RandVar; introducing DiskCache.

DiskCache is a tied-array object for handling large arrays of PDLs (for
example, 10,000 FITS files) that won't all fit in memory.  You treat 
a DiskCache like an array ref and your subroutines need never know that
it's not.
