#281 can import 4.5.2.1 yml in PAC 4.5.5.7

when i open PAC 4.5.5.7 and import a yml file that i exported from an other pc running PAC 4.5.2.1 everything seems to be ok (after import i get a 'succesfully imported' message) : all my connections are there
however, when i close PAC and answer 'yes' to the 'do you want to save the config' question everything seems to be ok, but when i open PAC again none of the imported connections are there

When i start PAC in a terminal i see this when i close PAC (there are no errors during the import

i tried to export only 1 host and import that yml file but that also failed
maybe i'll try to downgrade to the version i'm exporting from, then import the yml and finally upgrade PAC to the latest version

nevermind ...
seems that i messed up something here
the .config/pac dir was owned by root, hence the permission error ...

ticket can be closed now, import works just fine !
