#149 Bug in Russian codepage

I am trying to enter characters in Russian codepage into the login field. ( this is shown in the screenshot on the top )
There are i am getting the results that you see on the screenshot below after re-opening the connection properties.
Log in with this credentials fails. I have obtained similar results when I did not use the "use utf8" pragma.
