#195 TCoolEdit: Display ReadOnly in the document title

When a text file with a read-only attribute is opened in TCoolEdit, it is opened in read-only mode and cannot be edited. It will be helpful if the title of the edit window displays that the file is read-only.

If the ReadOnly flag of the document is changed, the title should be updated accordingly.

    Also, Edit | Cut (and any other enabled mutating edit command), should be disabled in read-only mode. Currently, it is enabled but does nothing.

    Edit: The greying of items has now been implemented on the trunk based on work on [feature-requests:#266].
