I work in 3 different language pairs.

I keep a directory for each pair (../omt/tm/fren, ../omt/tm/pten,
../omt/tm/esen) and just set that for the TM dir in new projects.
At the end of a project, I move the level1.tmx to that dir for future use.
I follow a similar procedure with glossaries and dicts  (../omt/gloss/fren,
../omt/dict/pten, etc.)

For some clients I keep a distinct dir with only their tms.
