Alternatively, I did offer to double my rates, if they insist on Trados. To date, not one has stopped sending work, and none have asked me to double my rates... Actually, one tried to send me a pirated Trados. Same agency, was a poor payer, and I don't work for them anymore. (Agency in Italy, in fact, with miserable Blueboard ratings, and the PM was using several company names, etc... Obvious lack of business ethics.)
