I realize much better way to fix this. Right now MainWindow only catches keyevents. But it can catch mouse events too. It can simply catch all mouse events and call the function to check the caret location and put it back in the segment. That way, the user can still select text, etc. But single click will NOT relocate the cursor. That's the real problem. If you can't type there, it should be possible to put the cursor there. But these are all minor bugs since people have been using it for years and ignoring these. I partly worked on these issues as a way of getting myself into the code to see how it is written and structured. Also, getting my build to work. I had tons of issues but not because of OmegaT. I can build it fine with Ant and inside Eclipse now. Also, I got CVS installed on my machine so I can take snap shots of patches easily.
