#891 PaneUpdate Events

OmegaT does not provide events to notify the pane (except Editor) was updated.
When I developed MatchesBeeper plugin, it was really difficult to know when matches pane was updated. Searching process run in another thread and it is completed silently. We have no means of knowing it.
I think it's much the same for Machine translation pane, Glossary pane and others too.

Wasn't that provided when RFE [#1197] was introduced?

No, Yu Tang wants to receive an event in code; RFE #1197 only added graphical updates handled entirely within each implementing pane.
