It would be useful for reviewer to add automatically note described which MT engine used when user select MT translation.

It should be an optional in MT preference to select a behavior.

Related to [#1488] It is nice if MT note is an individual<note> entry of <tuv> node, and it only hold MT engine name.
When alternative translations exists, it may be a better option for reviewer to select entry from candidates.
