As part of [#1386], an extensible glossary layout system was implemented.

To add a custom glossary layout, supply an implementation of IGlossaryRenderer to GlossaryRenderers#addRenderer(IGlossaryRenderer). Implementers are encouraged to see at the two renderers supplied by default, DefaultGlossaryRenderer and DictionaryGlossaryRenderer, for examples.
