Please, enable connection to MT-Hub.

This service complements the eTranslation service provided by the EU.

It is available "as is" for officials working for any public administration in an EU country, Iceland or Norway.

Users can have access by contacting iadaatpa@googlegroups.com.

I don't understand; is it open to users who do not fit that description (are not in EU/Iceland/Norway, or are not officials working for a public administration)?

You are right. Here is a more detailed description:

It is available "as is" for officials working for any public administration in an EU country, Iceland or Norway that can use it free of charge.

For other users, access is also available but different conditions apply. These will be agreed on a case-by-case basis depending on their needs (language combinations, volume, etc.).

Per private email discussion, it is unclear if the MT-HUB service will ever be available to the general public, so at the moment it is not suitable for inclusion in OmegaT. It would be suitable for a plugin instead; the code is available here:
