#1041 Show dialog for unsupported SVN errors

SVN server reports some errors sometimes about concurrent modification. It can be reported as some other errors, like "file is out of date", "checksum is incorrect".

Looks like it depends on server software. Some servers don't have such issue. It can be checked by TestTeamIntegration test.

For case of unsupported svn errors, it will be good to show some details like "project_save.tmx was not really uploaded and svn switched to unstable status. You need to ....".

Probably we can add steps to description:

"To be sure that no translation will be lost, you need to:

  1. Copy <project>/omegat/project_save.tmx file into a safe location</project>
  2. Close the current OmegaT instance
  3. Remove the project folder manually. WARNING: all unsaved data will be lost
  4. Start OmegaT again, download the team project, close OmegaT
  5. Replace <project>/omegat/project_save.tmx in the newly downloaded project with the file saved in a safe location</project>
  6. Start OmegaT and continue to translate
