#456 Manual update: glossary encoding clarification
Add to Glossaries entry within "Note" box to clarify how to handle exisiting glossary in .txt file:
"In case of using an external UTF-8 file glossary.txt file not created within OmegaT, change the file extension to .utf8 or add "# Glossary in tab-separated format -- coding: utf-8 --" comment as the first line in the file."
