#916 Error with Tagwipe

OmegaT finds an error while running Tagwipe.

I am running OmegaT 4.1.5 (10418) on Java 1.8.0_144 (64-bit) on a Win7 (Service Pack 1) machine in a corporate environment.

The scripts folder is in my OmegaT settings folder, because the system won't let any application to write to the Program Files folder and Tagwipe needs to save tagwipe.prefs.properties

This is fixed in trunk [r10444], an error message will be printed if there's a problem when loading/saving the preferences.
