With TransTips, terms were highlighted each time they appeared in a segment.

With the implementation of [#1354], terms are only highlighted the first time they appear in a segment.
E.g.,
This is the same term twice term
with term=terme in the glossary.

Fixed in trunk, r10222. Note that we don't have good unit tests in this area, so glossary matching and marks should get some extra scrutiny in case there are new or additional regressions.
