When the first two letters of the source and target languages are the same, translations are recorded as usual, but when one quits and OmegaT is launched again, translations do not appear.
This happens between SME and SMN, for instance, but not between SME and SNM.
That means that somewhere some piece of code must truncate the language code to two characters.

This patch solves the problem. Since no changes were made in TMXReader2 from a long time, the patch is identical for OmegaT 3.6 and 4.1
