#809 TMX not loaded when extension is in uppercase

A file named "CUSTOMER_MEMORY.TMX" won't be loaded as a translation memory. This is because when loading a TMX, the extension check is case-sensitive.

This is fixed in /trunk for the TMX loading, but there are surely other places we should probably be lenient on the case of the extension.
