#193 [RC10]Relative position of windows not respected

RC10 French Windows
This issue only happens on a wide screen (1280*800).
It has not happened so far on a 4/3 screen (1024*768).

If the Match window is docked (with a roughly 50/50
partition), after closing a project and relaunching
OmegaT (it only happens at the second relaunch, not
the first one), the Match window is very small on the
right.

I think this one should be fixed due to a new docking library
