#166 load_macro_file() "nowarn" option

The internal ReadMacroFile() function has a warnNotExist option, the load_macro_file() macro calls this always with True. This patch gives this option also to the macro function.

I think it should be documented a bit better, but a lot of Action Routines don't have documentation.
