Thanks for your time. Though you realized, that this pull request consists of two commits? While I can understand that FT_Other may catch too many frame types, for CHAP and CTOC it is useless to edit the frame. The presented "string representation" of these frames does not correspond to the actual binary represenation. Thus edits to these frames will get lost anyway. So maybe I should indroduce a new FT_Value just for frames which should definitinly not be editable?
Imporovments for CHAP and CTOC handling.
Remove `ItemIsEditable` flag for FT_Other frames.
Use a more descriptive value for CHAP and CTOC ID3v2 frames.
All, I'm running a nedit binary compiled in 2012 now in a Ubuntu MATE 17.04 envirionment, and it works.
